Receipe of weight loss in a healthy way without any corn starch.

  The effective weight loss soup ,which can be made 100% healthy without any corn starch but still soupy with  consistency. Want to know ,how? ????? Here comes the receipe for you.  First take a pan and let it get heat  Add few less oil or may be one tablespoon Add some chopped garlic and ginger Then add some cumin about 1/4th teaspoon Then stir until garlic turns browny in colour. Now the main ingredient broccoli and salt to make it cook faster. Add green chilli accordingly but one is preferable. Fry it all well  Now add 3 or 2 cups of water Add some haldi ,chilli powder, coriander power everything in an almost (1/2 to 1/4) tablespoon. Here comes the main flavour of soup `coriander with stem' trust me this gives your freshness and good flavour . Add small bunch of coriander and let it boil as shown in video. Then take out the cooked broccoli and add it in blender and grind well. Now add the paste to the soup . Check for salt and add accordingly. Finally serve it hot with pepper

Lite dinner to prefer during weight loss.

 Yes ,it's poha. lite and tasty to have it in dinner. It can be consumed either traditional fry type poha or with low fat cream milk with or without sugar(always advisory to avoid sugar in diet) ,by adding jaggery instead.
